Peach Cobbler Scones

Joy the Baker inspired this masterpiece. The peaches were fresh from Connecticut which made them perfectly sweet. The texture of the dough is in between a turnover and scone. So it is somewhat flaky and buttery but a little more dense like a scone. The perfect combination if you ask me!
