Fourth of July Platter!

One of these platters would definitely be a hit with the upcoming July 4 holiday coming up. From the bottom left: Huge Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, m&m cookies. Second from the bottom left: Classic chocolate chip cookies. Bottom right: chocolate dipped coconut macaroons. Top Left: Triple chocolate brownies topped with a layer of white chocolate ganache. Top Right: Patriotic star sugar cookies.

Molasses Cookies

I posted a small picture before of these cookies but I'm posting another to get the full effect of how good they are! I don't mean to brag but these are probably the best molasses cookies you'll ever have. These are absolute perfection.

Pumpkin Gingerbread Biscotti

I love biscotti with a cup of coffee or tea every once in a while. This is really made for the fall season but the combination of pumpkin and gingerbread spices is SO yummy. I topped it with a chocolate drizzle and some chopped walnuts for a little extra crunch.

Cupcakes, Cupcakes, and More Cupcakes

Cupcakes I made for a birthday party! I did a plain vanilla bean cupcakes garnished with fresh berries, a lemon merengue cupcake, a chocolate salted caramel bourbon cupcake, and lastly and my most favorite... boston cream cupcake. All of which were delicious!

Brownie Cheesecake

Looking for something decadent? This is a keeper. Chocolate wafer crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake with chunks of brownie mixed in, topped off with a chocolate ganache. It's heavenly.

Molasses Cookies and Chocolate Peppermint Cookies

I absolutely love spice cookies or molasses cookies. The cookies on the right are the best, chewy molasses cookies you'll ever have. The cookies on the left taste like a thin mint! Chocolate cookies with a white chocolate and peppermint filling.

Rocky Road Brownies

Brownies topped with toasted marshmallows, walnuts, and more chocolate. You cannot go wrong with these.

Chewy Chocolate Chip m&m Cookies

Some of the best cookies I've ever made. Colossal m&m cookies! These were a crowd pleaser!

Another Platter!

Chocolate crackle tops, chocolate chip cookies, coconut macaroons.

Peanut Butter Reese's Peices Chocolate Chip Cookies

I cannot tell you how many times I have made these for people. They are so big and chewy that everyone wants them. These are definitely one of my most requested!

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Because Reese's are my favorite candy, this HAS to be one of my favorite desserts. The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is absolutely delicious.

Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake is a family favorite. Another recipe from my grandma, you really just cannot beat this I'm tellin ya!

Mixed Berry Cobbler

You just can't beat a great cobbler.

Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are the perfect mixture in between chewy and crunchy. They are nice and chewy but have a great texture to them. Chocolate chip cookies are a classic but are always a favorite!

Nasty Cake: So Good it's Nasty

Alright so I know this is messy BUT this is probably one of the best cakes I have ever had. This is another one of my grandma's recipes. It's a very moist chocolate cake on the inside with a rich buttercream frosting on the outside. I won't tell you how much butter is in it because you don't want to know. All the best stuff is better with butter though! This is a great choice for a birthday cake.

Oatmeal Fudge Bars

These bars have a chocolate fudge layer in the middle sandwiched in between two layers of a baked brown sugar, oatmeal mixture. SO GOOD

Samoa Bars

Yeah so you know the girl scout cookies Samoas, also known as Caramel Delights? Yup I made those into a delicious bar. Too good!

Coconut Cream Pie

One of my huge inspirations is my grandma. She is a true southern baker from Texas and I get a ton of my recipes from her. I love that I have these recipes to pass down. Not to mention the fact that they are absolutely perfect recipes. This will be the best coconut cream pie you'll ever eat.

Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macroons

One of my favorite things in the world is coconut. If you mix that with chocolate, forget about it. I could eat a million of these.

One of my famous cookie platters. Massive Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies, my famous Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.

Chocolatechocolatechocolate Scones!

If you love chocolate, these are most definitely for you. Filled with three different kinds of chocolate, this scone is perfect with a cup of coffee. Having a brunch or breakfast with all of your family or friends and don't feel like making a whole bunch of food? Contact me! I will be more than happy to make all kinds of muffins, scones, and more!
